Nothing to mention.

We spent a lovely Christmas at this hotel. the breakfast selection was great, especially the fresh pastries and hot drinks. the location was ideal, just a short walk to the town center and close to public transportation. We also enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the common area that added to the holiday atmosphere.

Although the staff were friendly, we were disappointed that the swimming pool was closed for the season and we were not informed about it prior to our arrival. the rooms were slightly outdated and the bed was not as comfortable as we had hoped.

Close to the railway station for good access into Verona. Also for transferring to the airport via train and bus in Verona. Staying in a deluxe double in the emotion area of the hotel was a very comfortable room.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-equipped room at this hotel. The comfortable bed and large bathroom made for a truly enjoyable stay. The happy hour in the lobby was a great touch and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety to choose from at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel's exterior and even more impressed by the beautiful pool, free finger food, and welcome drink. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and our room was exceptionally comfortable and newly decorated with a large bed. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location near Soave was perfect.

Dead air in the bathroom. There were not many channels in English. Of course to have Russian channels would be fantastic! Free Wi-fi Internet was slow and unstable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel during my recent vacation. The location was perfect, being just off a main highway and near the railway station. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the nearby attractions. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for including a mini-bar and tea/coffee facilities. The outdoor swimming pool was a great place to relax and the poolside snack bar was a convenient addition.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The quality services and enhanced comfort provided here are truly top-notch.
